I am Josiane (Josie) Lee, Founder and CEO of JDLee Enterprises. As a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and former Federal Human Resources Manager, Lead Recruitment Officer, and Workforce Strategist, I bring more than two decades of leadership experience spanning the federal government, international affairs, and the private sector.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about helping people grow, solving complex challenges, and building strong relationships. Today, I apply that same philosophy to real estate, building a strategic investment portfolio and developing innovative housing solutions that prioritize both people and long-term value.
