Rowena plays a key role in supporting the team with property management and administrative tasks, including tenant coordination, record management, and assisting with daily property operations.
Rowena is a Virtual Administrative Assistant with experience in customer support, real estate operations, transaction coordination, construction documentation, expenses monitoring, and social media content management. She helps keep the team organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
She enjoys working at JD Lee Enterprises because it allows her to combine her administrative, real estate, and property management skills while supporting a team that values organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. Kris supports JDLee Enterprises through Facebook group outreach, lead generation, and listing promotions to attract potential tenants. She also manages all facets property management and listings inquiries on JDLee’s social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication, while assisting with daily administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
She brings experience in lead generation, property management, and administrative support, having worked with B2B clients and property owners in the U.S. Her background includes handling collections, tenant communications, and maintaining accurate records.
Kris enjoys working with JDLee Enterprises because of the supportive and collaborative team environment, where everyone is open to ideas and focused on growth.
She loves researching new things, going to the beach, taking photos, and singing.
